Terms of engagement
These terms apply to professional services provided by Nexttrailhub Co., Ltd. (“Nexttrailhub”, “we”, “us”) via nexttrailhub.click.
Acceptance
By requesting an estimate, confirming a statement of work, or using this website to submit an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services
We provide professional advisory and document-production services related to board packs, leadership briefings, performance narratives, and KPI reviews. Scope, fees, and timelines are set out in a written estimate or statement of work. Website rate guidance is informational only and does not create a contract until confirmed in writing.
Client responsibilities
You supply accurate source materials, appoint a sponsor for decisions, and respect agreed lock-down dates. Delays in providing extracts may shift delivery dates without liability for meeting-related consequences outside our control.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final pack files and narratives prepared specifically for your engagement. Our underlying templates, methods, and prior know-how remain our property. You may not resell our templates as a standalone product.
Confidentiality
We treat client materials as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
Liability
Our work supports governance discussion; it is not a statutory audit, legal opinion, or investment recommendation. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including delayed board decisions caused by late source delivery from the client.
Payments
Invoices are payable as stated in the estimate. Deposits may be required to reserve calendar capacity. This site does not process payments.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
