Refund & cancellation
This policy applies to professional engagements with Nexttrailhub Co., Ltd. for board packs, briefings, narratives, and KPI reviews.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how much work has started, whether a calendar date was reserved, and whether materials or travel were purchased for your engagement.
Deposits
Deposits secure analyst capacity for a pack cycle or briefing date. If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed start date, the deposit is refundable in full. Cancellations between ten and five business days receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations inside five business days forfeit the deposit, because capacity cannot usually be refilled.
Work already started
Once source review or drafting has begun, fees for time already spent are non-refundable. Unused remaining fees for incomplete stages may be refunded or credited toward a rescheduled cycle at our discretion.
Full & partial refunds
A full refund of amounts paid (excluding non-refundable third-party costs) applies if we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and cannot offer a suitable alternative date. Partial refunds apply when only part of the scoped work remains undelivered after a client-initiated stop.
Non-refundable items
Non-refundable items include completed draft packs already delivered, facilitated sessions already held, purchased print or courier costs authorised by you, and travel booked with your written approval.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a briefing or pack kickoff once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice and the new date falls within thirty days of the original. Further reschedules may incur a rebooking fee of 10% of the engagement fee.
No-shows
If the client sponsor fails to attend a scheduled briefing without twenty-four hours’ notice, the session fee is charged in full. We will offer one courtesy rebooking within fourteen days if capacity allows.
Refund process & timing
Email info@nexttrailhub.click with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fifteen business days of approval.
Exceptions
Force majeure events that prevent either party from performing may lead to a credit or mutual cancellation without penalty beyond costs already incurred. Statutory rights under Thai law remain unaffected where they apply.
