Client stories

Evidence from pack cycles, briefings, and KPI reviews — specific constraints, revisions, and outcomes rather than generic praise.

“We had been sending sixty-page packs with duplicated finance extracts. Nexttrailhub rebuilt the sequence around our agenda and cut distribution time by a full day. The second revision still needed clearer cash notes, which they fixed before lock-down.”

Siriwan K. · Company Secretary, regional manufacturing group · Board Pack Preparation

“Their quarterly narrative finally explained the margin dip without blaming a single department. Directors stopped asking the same variance question twice.”

Anan P. · CFO, logistics company · Quarterly Performance Narratives

“The half-day briefing forced the executive team to agree which five KPIs mattered before the meeting. I still wish we had scheduled it a week earlier, but the pack that followed was readable on the flight up.”

Helen M. · Non-executive director · Leadership Briefing Sessions

“They recommended dropping three ritual measures we had carried for years. The board minutes now show why those measures left, which our auditors appreciated.”

Prasert T. · Managing Director, agribusiness · KPI Framework Reviews

Longer engagement notes

Two projects that show how pack rebuilds and KPI retirements unfold in practice.

Rebuilding a pack before an annual strategy session

Family-owned industrial group, Northeast Thailand · Board Pack Preparation

The group faced a two-day strategy board with five business units and a history of late, uneven packs. We ran a three-hour intake with the company secretary and CFO, mapped prior board questions, and rebuilt the opening section around decisions required that week. Source extracts moved to labelled appendices. The final pack landed four days before the meeting, with a one-page brief for each unit head. One reservation from the chair: the competitive landscape section still felt thin; we noted it for the next cycle rather than delaying distribution.

Trimming a KPI suite after lender reporting changed

Mid-market retailer with revolving credit facilities · KPI Framework Reviews

After covenant terms changed, the board suite still showed eight liquidity charts that no longer matched lender definitions. Our review compared each chart to the facility agreement, kept two monitoring tables in an appendix, and elevated a single runway scenario to the main pack. Leadership briefing followed so the executive committee could rehearse the new storyline. Finance retained ownership of monthly management accounts; we touched only what directors see.
